• One-time franchise fee: $40,000

• Unencumbered cash requirement of $500,000 to $600,000

• Projected cost: $500,000 – $2,000,000

• Royalty Fee: 5% of gross sales

• National Advertising Fund: 2% of gross sales

• Local Advertising: 1% of gross sales
  
   

CONDITIONS TO BE MET BY A FRANCHISEE

• Locations across North America

• Trade area with a minimum population of 75,000

• Shopping or entertainment centres, free-standing buildings in power centres, street locations

• 3,500 – 6,500 square feet

• Urban and Suburban locations, as well as the downtown corridor

• High traffic counts and ample parking

• New builds or retro-fit
